Breakfast

dining3Early each morning, the sun rises over the waters of  Suttons and Grand Traverse Bay, spilling over the awakening avenues of Suttons Bay and into the windows of the Korner Kottage. You can rise with it if you like—snuggled into one of our parlor room seats, a steaming mug of hot coffee or tea cupped in your hand—or you can do what you can’t do anywhere else: Cuddle closer to the one you love and linger just a wee bit longer in dreamland.

Don’t worry; the enchantment doesn’t end when you wake up. Breakfast brings its own charms to the Korner Kottage. You’ll know when it’s time to take your seat at one of our breakfast tables. The smell of bacon or the hum of Suttons Bay will be your alarm.

Our menu changes with the seasons, but our specialty—one we never waver from—is using locally grown and made foods whenever possible. On our table, you’ll find maple syrup coaxed from the trees at Leelanau Peninsula Maple Sugar Bush. Fresh breads from local bakeries, honey from local hives, and the best eggs, cheese, meat, veggies and fruit we can find from the area.

What’s all that mean to you? An unbelievably fresh, fantastic mouth-watering meal, of course.

We wouldn’t tempt you out of bed for anything but.
